Man, 35, pleads guilty to thefts of bicycles
WINDSOR: Following a Thames Valley Police investigation, a man has admitted theft offences in Windsor.
Ryan Beresford, aged 35, of Alma Road, Windsor, pleaded guilty to seven counts of theft of a pedal cycle at East Berkshire Magistrates’ Court on July 8.
This is in connection with incidents that occurred between June 1 and June 29 this year in which Beresford stole bicycles in Windsor.
Beresford has been remanded in custody to appear at Reading Magistrates’ Court for sentencing on 29 July.
Investigating officer, PC Tom Hughes-Parry, based at Maidenhead police station, said:
“I am pleased that Beresford has admitted to his actions and will now be sentenced.
“Thames Valley Police does not tolerate this behaviour and we will work hard to bring offenders to justice.”
