The following cases are the results of concluded cases in the area’s magistrate­s’ courts from October 12 — October 17

TIMOTHY CLARKE, 25, of Montem Lane, Slough, was told to pay a total of £75 compensati­on for stealing chocolate bars worth £100 from Sainsbury’s in Maidenhead on April 23 and stealing a poppy tin of unknown value in Maidenhead on October 23, 2019.

ROBERT MACDONALD, 34, of Clare Road, Slough, was given an 18-month community order, told to pay a total of £400 compensati­on and £175 costs for common assault in Bracknell on

April 7, and common assault of an emergency worker in Maidenhead on April 7.

IDNAN AHMED, 26, of Alexandra Road, Slough, was fined £100 and told to pay £129 costs for entering a premises in contravent­ion of a closure notice in Slough on October 15.

MALYAR SAFI, 26, of London Road, Slough, was fined a total of £180 and told to pay £117 costs for cannabis possession and resisting a constable in the execution of his duty in Slough on January 30 and for committing a further offence while subject to a conditiona­l discharge.

MICHAEL BARTON, 60, of Windsor Meadows, Cippenham, was fined £200 and told to pay £119 costs for using racially aggravated threatenin­g or abusive words or behaviour in Slough on May 31.

SUKJEET KALSI, 33, of Seacourt Road, Slough, was banned from driving for 17 months, fined £691 and told to pay £154 costs for drinkdrivi­ng in Maidenhead on September 12.

ANTHONY POWELL, 30, of Huxley Close, Slough, was banned from driving for 14 months, fined a total of £250 and told to pay £119 costs for drink-driving and cannabis possession in Slough on September 13.

CRAIG BASFORD, 28, of Sussex Place, Slough, was fined £50 and told to pay £119 costs for diamorphin­e possession in Slough on September 14.

ANTHONY JEFFERIES, 20, of Colenorton Crescent, Eton Wick, was banned from driving for one year, fined £200 and told to pay £119 costs for drug-driving in Windsor on May 24.

MAJEET SAGOO, 43, of The Frithe, Slough, was banned from driving for one year, fined a total of £200 and told to pay £119 costs for drugdrivin­g and diamorphin­e possession in Slough on May 7.

EMMANUEL ALOE, 31, of Lansdowne Avenue, Slough, was fined £220, told to pay £17.60 compensati­on and £192 costs for travelling on a railway without paying a fare in Twyford on January 17.

JAMIE BOYLE, 36, of High Street, Langley, was fined £220, told to pay £3 compensati­on and £192 costs for failing to hand over a railway ticket for inspection in Slough on January 13.

LEE BRIAN, 37, of High Street, Langley, was fined £220, told to pay £3 compensati­on and £192 costs for travelling on a railway without paying a fare in Slough on January 17.

NICK MCMAHON, 59, of Old Bath Road, Colnbrook, was fined £220, told to pay £3 compensati­on and £192 costs for travelling on a railway without paying a fare in Slough on January 16.

LAURA MELVIN, 27, of Farnham Road, Slough, was fined £220, told to pay £3 compensati­on and £192 costs for travelling on a railway without paying a fare in Windsor on January 17.

JAKUS MICHALSKI, 28, of Queens Road, Slough, was fined £330, told to pay £25.90 compensati­on and £192 costs for travelling on a railway without paying a fare in Reading on January 14.

KEVIN O’KEEFE, 37, of Farnham Road, Slough, was fined £220, told to pay £3 compensati­on and £192 costs for travelling on a railway without paying a fare in Slough on January 17.

SARA PARSONS, 38, of Lyndwood Drive, Old Windsor, was fined £220, told to pay £4.30 compensati­on and £192 costs for failing to hand over a railway ticket for inspection in Slough on January 17.

LUKASZ RAK, 36, of Aldborough Spur, Slough, was fined £220, told to pay £6 compensati­on and £192 costs for travelling on a railway without paying a fare and entering a station without passing through the barrier in the correct manner in Slough on January 13.

LYDIA SHARPE, 19, of Warren Close, Slough, was fined £220, told to pay £14.20 compensati­on and £192 costs for travelling on a railway without paying a fare in Reading on January 14.

HUMZA TAYYAB, 27, of Elmwood Road, Slough, was fined £220, told to pay £14.05 compensati­on and £192 costs for travelling on a railway without paying a fare in Slough on January 17.

ANTHONY WAREHAM, 43, of Burlington Road, Slough, was given a one-year conditiona­l discharge and told to pay £22 costs for stealing t-shirts belonging to Superdry in Windsor on July 21.

ROBERT MEDRZYK, 24, of College Avenue, Slough, was banned from driving for 17 months, fined £550 and told to pay £130 costs for drink-driving and driving without insurance in Slough on August 15.

CRAIG MORRIS, 37, of Harrow Road, Slough, was given a four-month prison sentence and told to pay £100 compensati­on for assault by beating in Slough on April 8.

MANJINDER SINGH SAHDRA, 41, of Crofthill Road, Slough, was banned from driving for three years, given an 18-month community order and told to pay £175 costs for failing to provide a specimen for analysis and driving without insurance in Slough on May 14.

JUNAID QUSIM, 44, of Sussex Close, Slough, was given an eight-week prison sentence and told to pay £128 costs for vehicle interferen­ce in Slough on

July 17, failing to surrender to custody in Reading on July 17, and an original offence which was subject to a suspended sentence.
