How did casting vote veto place of worship?

Regarding the Windsor Muslim Association’s failed application for a place of worship in Ruddles Pool, my question regards Cllr Haseler.

Please tell us RBWM residents how the one casting vote by Cox Green’s Cllr Haseler on the two motions prevented the passing of the application.

Why did Cllr Haseler veto the motions? He doesn’t live in the proposed are and he should be asked to reply and give his reasons for failing the Muslim community. JOHN MARTIN Bracken Road
