The following cases are the results of concluded cases in the area’s magistrates’ courts from October 12 — October 24
ADRIAN GORDON-HUGHES, 50, of Woodland Avenue, Slough, was banned from driving for 20 months, fined £120 and told to pay £85 for drink driving in Slough on May 3.
STANLEY NOONAN, 59, of Stanley Green East, Slough, was given a two-year community order, banned from driving for 30 months and told to pay £180 costs for drinkdriving in Windsor of March 15.
JEROME SAUNDERS, 36, of Asprey Place, Slough, was banned from driving for one year, fined £240 and told to pay £74 costs for drink driving and driving without insurance in Slough on May 18.
STEPHEN KENNETT, 56, from Cornwall Avenue, Slough, was given an 18-month community order for harassment in
Slough between September 1 and December 13 in 2019 in Slough.
TOMASZ WOJCIK, 27, of London Road, Slough, was fined £350 and told to pay £85 costs for amphetamine possession, stealing costume jewellery and a bank card and failing to surrender to custody in Slough on July 12 and cannabis and amphetamine possession in Maidenhead on May 7.
PETER GERRED, 49, of High Street, Colnbrook, was given a one-year conditional discharge and told to pay £22 costs for using threatening or abusive words or behaviour in Bracknell on May 29.
GURJIT SINGH BILSA, 50, of Glanmor Road, Slough, was given a 16-week prison sentence and told to pay £213 costs for using racially aggravated and abusive words or behaviour towards two police officers and destroying a police vehicle in Slough on October 19.
BILLY PRICE, 21, of Montem Lane, Slough, was fined £40 and told to pay £119 costs for being drunk and disorderly in Maidenhead on May 27.
ROLAND ANIKEJEVS, 40, of Montem Lane, Slough, was given a one-year community order for stealing £79-worth of hardware items from Homebase in Maidenhead on February 28.
GARY NORRIS, 39, of Luff Close, Dedworth, was banned from driving for one year, fined £100 and told to pay £32 costs for drug-driving in Slough on December 6.
ANTHONY MCCONVILLE, 52, of Pevensey Road, Slough, was banned from driving for three years, told to pay £180 costs and given a one-year community order for failing to allow a blood specimen to be tested which had been taken while he was incapable of giving consent in Slough on May 30.
ILONA OWCZARKOWSKA, 56, of Mascoll Path, Slough, was told to pay £500 compensation and £100 costs for being in charge of a dog which was dangerously out of control in Slough on September 25, 2019.
AHMED ABDRIZAK, 19, of Spackmans Way, Slough, was fined £440, told to pay £204 costs and £3.90 compensation for travelling on a railway without paying a fare in Slough on October 21, 2019.
ASAD AHMED, 31, of Howard Avenue, Slough, was fined £880, told to pay £408 costs and £50.20 compensation for two counts of travelling on a railway without paying a fare in Reading on October 1, 2019, and October 10, 2019.
KGRONE ALFRED, 26, of Rochford Gardens, Slough, was fined £440, told to pay £204 costs and £9 compensation for travelling on a railway without paying a fare in Maidenhead on October 24, 2019.
DANIEL CARRINGTON, 28, of London Road, Sunningdale, was fined £220, told to pay £192 costs and £98.90 compensation for failing to hand over a train ticket for inspection in Reading on December 19, 2019.
FERDI EL-GHARBAWI, 18, of Cardigan Close, Slough, was fined £440, told to pay £204 costs and £11.80 compensation for travelling on a railway without paying a fare in Slough on October 3, 2019.
YAHIA GHLIB, 61, of Keeler Close, Windsor, was fined £440, told to pay £204 costs and £9.60 compensation for travelling on
a railway without paying a fare in Reading on November 23, 2019.
SHIRHAAN MOHAMED HASSAN, 21, of Spackmans Way, Slough, was fined £500, told to pay £210 costs and £13.75 compensation for travelling on a railway without paying a fare in Slough on October 21, 2019.
NASIB AWIL HERSI, 27, of St Johns Road, Slough, was fined £440, told to pay £204 costs and £4.20 compensation for travelling on a railway without paying a fare in Maidenhead on November 14, 2019.
HENRY HOGG, 18, of King Edward Street, Slough, was fined £440, told to pay £204 costs and £19.80 compensation for travelling on a railway without paying a fare in Crowthorne on November 27, 2019.
