SIMON CLARK, 37, of Staines Road, Wraysbury, was given a two-year restrainin­g order, told to pay £175 costs and given a oneyear community order for sending text messages which were grossly offensive or of an obscene, indecent or menacing character in Ascot on November 21, 2019.

REECE PHELAN, 28, of Moray Drive, Slough, was given a oneyear conditiona­l discharge and told to pay £107 costs for criminal damage to a storage box in

Slough on June 2.

TERRY MUNT, 35, of Wavell Gardens, Slough, was given a sixmonth prison sentence, suspended for 18 months, and told to pay £213 costs for possessing a knife in a public place in Slough on July 13.

MARCIN FIJOLEK, 40, of Farnburn Avenue, Slough, was given 10 penalty points, fined £46 and told to pay £34 costs for being in charge of a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs and possession of cannabis in Windsor on May 5.

MAREK KACZYNSKI, 64, of Park Street, Slough, was banned from driving for 18 months, fined £350 and told to pay £120 costs for drink-driving in Slough on June 13.

ANDREI-ALIN BOATA, 25, of Uxbridge Road, Slough, was given a one-year community order, a one-year restrainin­g order, and told to pay £180 costs for assault by beating in Slough on May 25.

SARAH FEASEY, 33, of Elliman Avenue, Slough, was given a oneyear community order for failing to notify the Department for Work and Pensions of a change in circumstan­ces between September 22, 2017 and March 8, 2019 and for failing to notify Slough Borough Council of a change in circumstan­ces between September 25, 2019 and March 8, 2019.

SHANTEL DALY, 37, of Huxley Close, Wexham, was given a oneyear community order, a one-year restrainin­g order, told to pay £190 costs and £100 compensati­on for sending an offensive/menacing message in Slough on March 8.

MICHAEL JOYCE, 26, of Upton Park, Slough, was banned from driving for one year, fined £80 and told to pay £119 costs for failing to provide a specimen for analysis when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen of blood for a test in Maidenhead on October 3.

PAIGE SURMAN, 25, of Fernbank Crescent, Ascot, was banned from driving for one year, given a one-year community order, told to pay £16 compensati­on and £180 costs for using threatenin­g or abusive words or behaviour and driving a car dangerousl­y in Ascot on August 10.
