Number of new COVID-19 cases in the Royal Borough falls

ROYAL BOROUGH: New COVID-19 cases in the Royal Borough have fallen slightly over the last week.

In the seven days between Wednesday, December 2 and

Tuesday, December 8, 163 people have tested positive for coronavirus in Windsor and Maidenhead.

That number is two fewer than in the previous seven days.

The rate of infection during the last week was 112.9 per 100,000 population.

In the same period, 382 new positive tests have been recorded in Slough, and 247 in Wokingham.
