The following cases are the results of concluded cases in the area’s magistrate­s’ courts from September 6 — September 11

TEMBA MUKIWA, 45, of Montague Road, Slough, was given a one-year community order and told to pay £20 compensati­on and £100 costs for using threatenin­g or abusive words or behaviour and assault by beating of an emergency worker, in Slough on July 22, 2020, failing to surrender to custody in Reading on September 6 and an original offence which was subject to a community order.

SHERINE MIAH, 41, of High Street, Langley, was given 10 penalty points, fined £250 and told to pay £134 costs for being in charge of a car while above the alcohol limit in Maidenhead on November 8.

ALI ABBAS, 34, of Ragstone Road, Slough, was fined £440, given four penalty points and told to pay £194 costs for speeding in Maidenhead on August 22, 2019.

TEOFIL HOPAN, 29, of Station Road, Slough, was banned from driving for 46 months, fined £1,116 and told to pay £887 costs for drink-driving in Slough on April 3.

SHIVALIK SHARMA, 30, of Coppermill Road, Wraysbury, was fined £270, given three penalty points and told to pay £119 costs for speeding in Datchet on October 22.

HANNAH MORRIS, 33, of Westmead, Windsor, was given three penalty points, fined £26 and told to pay £34 costs for speeding in Maidenhead on October 4.

NIMA OSMAN, 33, of Parlaunt Road, Slough was given an 18month community order, told to pay £150 compensati­on and £180 costs for assault by beating of an emergency worker in Slough on June 29.

BARTLOMIEJ GAZDA, 33, of Cherry Avenue, Langley was given a one year community order, told to pay £150 compensati­on and £180 costs for assault by beating, criminal damage and stealing a purse and money worth £360 in Slough on May 10.

BARBARA KOTYNIA, 28, of Hunstanton Close, Slough was fined £220 and told to pay £184 costs for dropping litter, namely a cigarette, in Thurrock Park on February 18.

MARTY MONGAN, 37, of Hungerford

Avenue, Slough was banned from driving for two years, given a one year community order and told to pay £725 costs for drink-driving in Slough on September 22 2020.

STEVEN LOVERIDGE, 34, of Mill Place, Datchet, was given a one year community order, told to pay £300 compensati­on and £100 costs for stealing fishing rods from Angling Direct in Slough on June 6, 2019.

JAMSHEED YAQUB, 41, of Manfield Close, Slough, was given a 77-day prison sentence for racially aggravated intentiona­l harassment in Maidenhead on December 22.

MICHAEL GRANT, 59, of Northern Road, Slough, was fined £350, given 10 penalty points and told to pay £170 costs for failing to provide a specimen when suspected of having been in charge of a vehicle on March 13, 2019.
