Wishaw Juniors have started a ‘last man standing’ prediction league for the new season.

Currently, 24 players are still in with a chance of claiming this round’s prize money.

Wishaw Wycombe searching for sponsor

Wishaw Wycombe Wanderers 2008 side are looking for a sponsor for the upcoming season.

The youth side need a kit sponsor for the upcoming season which starts in August.

The money provided by the sponsor also helps the side purchase new kits for the upcoming campaign as well as getting their business seen by more than 150 parents every week.

The team play at Ravenscrai­g Sports Centre every Sunday.

Sponsorshi­p is vital to all Wishaw Wycombe Wanderers sides as the largest juvenile club in Lanarkshir­e gets set for the new season.

More than 300 kids compete at age levels ranging from four-year-olds to under-21s this year.

Wishaw Wycombe will also be launching an amateur side for the first time ever this season, as reported in last week’s Wishaw Press.

Head Coach Colin Arnott said:“The sponsorshi­p is important to the team as it can help provide new kits for the children.”
