Motherwell striker Scott McDonald insists the Steelmen must be more ruthless in front of goal.

He said:“You know why you came away with nothing because you didn’t take your chances, it’s as simple as that.

“You get punished when you don’t do that and far too many times there are too many individual errors. Every week we talk about it but we have to cut them out.

“I keep saying it but there are so many things not going for us.”
