Warrant after man fails to appear

A warrant was issued for a man accused of supplying drugs from his home in Wishaw.

Roman Kaminski was due to appear at Hamilton Sheriff Court on Friday to answer charges that he produced cannabis and then supplied the Class B drug from his home in Carbarns Road in Netherton on July 8 last year.

However, when the 40-year-old’s case was called his solicitor told Sheriff Shiona Waldron that he had no contact or correspondence with Kaminski for several months. And as a result of this, Sheriff Waldron granted a warrant for Kaminski’s arrest.
