Man must wait as reports are late
A man will have to wait until next month to learn his fate after admitting behaving in a threatening manner in his home street.
Alan McGibbon stood in the dock at Hamilton Sheriff Court last week after already pleading guilty to shouting, swearing, making offensive remarks , uttering threats of violence and refusing to leave a property when asked to do so.
The offence took place on May 13 in Dunn Terrace, Harthill.
However, in court last week sentence was further deferred on the 37-yearold until July 19 in order for criminal justice and social work reports to be prepared which had already been requested for last week’s court date.
