Coltness man denies charge
A Coltness man will stand trial after being accused of acting in an aggressive manner.
Kevin O’Neill, of Maxton Crescent, pleaded not guilty to shouting, swearing, gesticulating and acting aggressively while holding a garden fork.
The 43-year-old also denied an offensive weapon in his possession, a garden fork, in his possession.
He will be tried at Hamilton Sheriff Court on November 30.
