Denies incident at Wishaw house

A man has denied throwing a brick through his ex-girlfriend’s window at her house in Wishaw.

John Broadfoot, 31, pleaded not guilty to attending Louise Sommerville’s house on Gala Crescent on August 17 uninvited. He is accused of throwing a brick at a window whilst she was within the premises and causing damage.

Broadfoot, of Chapel Street, Cleland. is due to stand trial on October 27.
