be all and end all.

The Wishaw gaffer said: “I thought we played well and we dominated for the majority of the game.

“We gave away two cheap goals though and that made it nervy for us towards the end of the match.

“They gave us a few scares but that was always going to happen because they were throwing everything forward and gambling.

“But Lesmahagow is a tough place to go and win but we’ve did that and at the end of the day that’s all that matter so I’m happy as Larry.

“Every game in this league will be tough but especially the away games so I’ll take the three points.”

Wishaw Juniors were bolstered midweek with the addition of two development loan players.

Dillion Young and Steven Smith joined the Beltane Park side from Stirling Albion and Alloa Athletic, respectively, whilst the duo did not feature on Saturday, the Wishaw boss admits he has not had to change his system so far.

With a clash against top of the table Benburb at the Beltane on Saturday, Brogan knows the importance of a positive result with Wishaw sitting second in the Central District First.

And in a highly competitive league, the Wishaw boss believes many sides will be fighting at the top end.

He said: “It’s early in the season but there are a few teams you would expect to be up there.

“Blantyre and St Roch’s will be challenging and we want to be too so we just have to keep it going.

“I’ve not changed the system yet only personnel because people were away on holiday but hopefully we can get more of the same this Saturday.”

Tickets cost £5 for Saturday’s match at the Beltane whilst O. A. Ps and concessions cost £2.50 with children under 16 going free.
