Stane Primary parent council will hold their annual general meeting on Wednesday, October 4, in Shotts Congregational Church hall at 6pm. New members are welcome to come along to this meeting. Shotts tenants’ and residents’ association have their next meeting in Springhill Community Hall on Tuesday, October 3, at 7.30pm.

Shotts Gala Day Any residents who shop online, can now donate to the gala day by using the following link at https://www.easyfundraising.org.uk/ causes/shottsgaladay/. 3rd Shotts Scout Group The scout hall at 100 Benhar Road, Shotts, is available for any organisation in the community to use and requests to do so should be made to Mrs Mary Lees (Group Scout Leader) on 01501 821658. Shotts and District Rotary Club have been drawn against Lockerbie Rotary Club at home in the first round of the annual District 1020 Quiz which takes place on October 4, in the Station Hotel, Shotts.
Meetings are held every Wednesday evening in the Station Hotel. For further information about any rotary club matter, contact David McCloy, secretary, on 07961204871. EU Congregational Church there will be a praise night tonight (Wednesday), at 7pm, with a guest speaker from Dementia Scotland. The men’s breakfast will take place on Saturday, at 9am.
The service on Sunday morning, will be held at 11.30am. Singing group meets on Tuesdays at 7pm.
Tickets are now on sale for the coffee morning on Saturday, October 7. Salvation Army Corps the friendship club meets on Tuesdays, from 1pm to 3pm.
The youth club meets on Wednesdays, from 6pm to 7pm.
The toddlers group meets on Thursday mornings, from 9.30am until 11.30am.
The prayer meeting is held on Thursday evenings, at 7pm.
Friday Club is held from 5.45pm to 6.45pm, followed by the JAM Club from 6.45pm to 7.45pm.
The Sunday morning meeting is held at 10.45pm, and will be led this week by Lieutenant Amy-Jo Battersby.
Everyone is welcome to come along to any of these meetings.

The function hall is available to hire for events and weddings.
