St Andrew’s 6k success by CVHS’s team
Pupils and staff in annual event
Congratulations to the 20 Clyde Valley staff and pupils who took part in the recent St Andrew’s Hospice schools’ 6K event around Strathclyde Park.
Everyone involved took part with spirit and real determination.
Mrs Claire Ferrie, of the English Department and the event’s coordinator, will organise an early presentation to St Andrew’s of the Clyde Valley donation.
Congratulations to all Clyde Valley High School senior pupils who did so well in the recent SQA exams.
It was the school’s best ever performance in the National 4 and National 5 exams.
The number of pupils achieving one or more Highers was also at the highest level ever recorded by the school.
Well done to all the pupils, parents and staff.
Staff and pupils are delighted to welcome the new S1 cohort to the school.
The S1 group have settled well and are already fully embracing all that the school has to offer.
Final preparations are well underway for the final school show to be held in the assembly hall.
‘ Made in Dagenham’ is sounding terrific and everyone involved is working incredibly hard to ensure that the show will be one to remember.
Now is your opportunity to support the cast and production team, by buying tickets and coming along on one of the nights.
The show runs from Tuesday, October 10 to Thursday, October 12.
Tickets are now on sale, costing £6 for the Tuesday performance and £8 for the Wednesday and Thursday performances.
Pupils can purchase tickets from senior pupils at lunchtimes in the social area, and tickets can be purchased from the office.
