Don’t miss the chance to sample the taste of a 60’s Night Out with The Dreamers and The Temple Brothers.

The date for your diary is Friday, February 9, at Rutherglen Town Hall. Hit makers The Dreamers - formerly Freddie and the Dreamers - have joined forces with The Temple Brothers.to bring their brand new show - 60’s Night Out to the South Lanarkshir­e venue. The fun begins with The Temple Brothers, who in 2017 were voted the official UK No.1 tribute to The Everly Brothers at the UK National Tribute Music Awards in Leicester.

The duo will perform classic Everly Brothers hits including Cathy’s Clown, When Will I Be Loved, Let It Be Me and many more.

The Temple Brothers - Steve and Colin - are real life brothers too, and their harmonies are absolutely amazing.

Observers say it is just like listening to the real Everly Brothers.

In the second half The Dreamers take to the stage.

The current band still features Alan Mosca and Bryan Byng who were part of the original Freddie and the Dreamers and are still going strong 40 years later.

They will perform all their classic hits including You Were Made For Me, I’m Telling You Now, If You Gotta Make A Fool Of Somebody.

The band also tell stories of their time with Freddie Garrity, including experience­s on the road, touring and also TV appearance­s.

The 60’s Night Out Show is a highlyente­rtaining two-hour concert for all ages and will take music lovers on a journey down memory lane.

The show starts at 7.30pm and tickets cost £15 and can be ordered from the box office. And on Wednesday , February 14, Little Red Riding Hood comes to Rutherglen Town Hall too.

From the creative team behind the hugely popular Hairy Maclary Show, Little Red Riding Hood is a fun, original musical for children, with live music and loveable characters.

Youngsters can Join Scarlet and her side-kick Stanley the Squirrel as they try to outwit Walter the Wolf .

But they discover that it’s not just the enchanted forest that has magical powers.

Featuring a forest full of family fun, the show is a joyous new version of the classic fairy tale, organisers say.
