The black sheep of Marvel’s Netflixproduced TV shows can’t hold a candle to his fellow Defenders Daredevil, Jessica Jones and Luke Cage.

It takes too long for his first series to get going and Danny Rand struggles to inject the hero with vigour. Fortunately, the villainy on offer fares much better and there’s some bonecrunching action.
