Young people, he says, have natural passion – and when that passion is kicked out of them it breeds anger which, if not properly channelled, develops into sadness.

“Everything for young people is magnified so much nowadays, like bullying.

“Everyone’s lives are so out there now through social media. So many people are depressed and it is so widespread. Everyone’s thinking: ‘What have I got to look forward to?’

“Young people need to understand how to clear the mind out and how to accept and let go of things. They are exposed in the world of social media now and emotional bullying is worse than physical. Feelings that you are a disappoint­ment never get better unless they are handled. Becoming a personal developmen­t coach seemed like the natural next step for me, like a calling.

“I wanted to pass on what I had learned, to show others that there is an easier way. Through coaching and participat­ory events, I help people accept their past; the guilt, judgement and blame they carry from past life events.

“Through acceptance comes internal forgivenes­s and then you can begin to discover your truest authentic self. Deep down we already know the answers which lie within, we sometimes just need a little help to find them.”
