Celebrating exam joy
The A’s have it!
It has been another sensational year for pupils at Dalziel High School with a record number of pupils achieving success in National 5, Higher and Advanced Higher SQA examinations.
While the school celebrates the success of all pupils, at all levels, special praise is given to those pupils who fully embrace the school motto “Summa Petenda” or “Aim for the Highest” and achieve results which are extraordinary.
Dalziel High School has a huge number of pupils achieving top awards with 21 pupils achieving seven As at National 5 in fourth year and six pupils achieving five As at Higher.
Mr Birch, school rector, is delighted with the results.

“It is testament to the hard work put in by the pupils of Dalziel High School and the support given to them by their families and our hardworking staff. It’s great to see all of their efforts pay off.”
Across the board the results for the SQA examination results have been wonderful.
“Our pupils have achieved even more passes at Higher Grade than previous years. In particular the measures for S5 are outstanding with more pupils passing more Higher examinations.

Kyle Kerr added: “I studied a lot,” advocating the hard work required for his success.
School Captain Olivia Mcpherson echoes this too.
