Takeover at dental practice in Wishaw
A dental practice in the heart of Wishaw is entering a new chapter following a takeover by Scotland’s largest group.
The thriving Stewarton Street Dental Practice, which has three surgeries, has been fronted by Karen Tuck since 2014.
She bought over the practice 15 years after joining as an associate.
The practice has now joined the Clyde Munro dental group, adding 6335 patients to its network of practices across the country.
In addition to general dentistry treatments, the Stewarton Street practice also offers cosmetic dentistry and teeth whitening, with this set to continue and expand.
According to its new owners, the dedicated practice team will benefit from being part of a forward thinking and continually growing Scottish-based dental group, while maintaining the commitment to high quality, friendly dental care.

Stewarton Street Dental Practice is one of four practices acquired by Clyde Munro in recent weeks, taking its patient count to more than 400,000. Now at 46-strong, it is anticipating acquiring its 50th practice in a matter of weeks.
Clyde Munro was founded by Jim Hall in 2015 with the acquisition of seven practices. Since then, it has enjoyed rapid growth through acquisition.
Its ambition is to become Scotland’s “local dentist”, operating an expanding network of family dentists across the country.
