Kings enjoy end-of-season awards

THAMES VALLEY KINGS held their annual awards evening on Friday to celebrate a successful season for the club.

Held at Thatcham Rugby Club, vice chairman of West Berkshire Council Peter Argyle and deputy Thatcham mayor Richard Crumly gave out the awards.

Among the winners were Reece Barker as both the junior and Division Three top scorer, while he also shared the coaches player award with brother Liam.

“It was a lovely evening celebratin­g not just the players of Kings but also the hard work and commitment shown by parents, friends and associates for Kings,” said Lou Barker.
