Here at w&h we recognise that midlife women are, finally, having their moment. Which is why we’re launching a fabulous award, taking inspiratio­n from all the amazing women featured here, to celebrate all those women making a difference.

and we want you, our incredible readers, to get involved. there will be ten categories, and for two of those we are inviting you to nominate the shortlist and vote for the final winner. over the coming months we’ll be featuring the nominees category by category. these are:
