Plenty of fresh lemons and limes. Lots of ice (decant large bags into smaller bags and push into spaces in your freezer).

A variety of mixers (small cans mean you’ve got portions sussed and never lose the fizz).

Fresh juice – cranberry always adds a festive touch; you can serve it to the drivers with fresh lime and ice, do a half and half with Prosecco, or mix with tonic and gin or vodka.
