IS MY ABSOLUTE FAVOURITE. WHAT MAKES MY VERSION SO DIFFERENT IS THE DETAIL – THE SLIGHT HINT OF GARLIC ON THE BAGEL, THE ZESTY LEMON AND DILL-FLAVOURED CRÈME FRAÎCHE, AND THE TOPPING OF
FRESH GRATED BEETROOT AND CAPERS, WHICH ADDS A DELICIOUS TANG.
