Chorley digital Store, she drives colleague succession in the region by supporting a development programme known as the Academy. Greatest Success Being the first manager in Argos to be given the responsibility of relocating and merging two stores and their teams to one, while simultaneously supporting everyone to adapt a completely new digital way of working.
