Amazon Prime Air, and Retail Ambassador of the Year Career snapshot Having spent nearly a decade at Amazon, Lauren has held multiple positions within Amazon’s information security and e-commerce teams. Prior to joining Amazon, Lauren worked at disney and washington Mutual. What she does Lauren leads teams in business operations, program management, engineering operations and flight testing. Greatest success First my family – getting four people out the door every day mostly with smiles on their faces. On a personal level – climbing the highest three peaks in the state of washington, raising over £15,000 supporting breast cancer research in doing so. Finally, professionally – leading the team that made the first customer delivery by drone on 7 december 2016.

Advice to younger self Life is too short and you don’t have to be the same person tomorrow that you are today. What’s next? i fully believe in the Amazon way and my mission now is to create more Amazonians across the uK and the world.
