✢ If my self-esteem has taken a bit of a dip… i chat to my family, sometimes about what has caused the dip, sometimes about complete trivia. often a cuddle from my daughter is enough to remind me of what i can do. i’m also trying hard to remember that yes, while i can do anything, i can’t do everything.

✢ My instant confidence-boosting trick: Wearing something bright and cheerful. my favourite red-and-white jumper instantly makes me feel less “mumsy”.
