The Clarke Family, Trewithen Dairy Based in Cornwall, Trewithen Dairy produces milk, cream, butter and yogurt using cows’ milk from 25 herds within 25 miles of the dairy. Rachel and Bill Clarke began with their own herd, bottling the milk once the children were in bed and making clotted cream in open trays. The team has since grown to one big dairy-loving family including sons Francis and George. Buy their produce from Asda, Tesco, Morrisons and Ocado.
