Your 2 meal DAY Diet Tactics

Eat two meals a day. choose whether to skip breakfast or dinner. once you’ve made your decision, stick to this pattern for the seven days. Be consistent. eat your two meals at approximat­ely the same time every day. Do not restrict calories. this diet is not about consuming fewer calories, it’s about giving your digestive system a break. Empty your cupboards. Remove all junk food, ready-meals, fizzy drinks and processed foods. Drink lots. increase your fluid intake – drink water, green tea, herbal teas, black tea or coffee. Have one healthy snack a day: ✱ 1tbsp peanut butter on rye bread, with 1 sliced banana. ✱ greek yogurt with 1tsp honey and fresh-grated ginger. ✱ mashed avocado and crumbled feta on sourdough bread. ✱ tuna guacamole. mix 1 small can tuna (drained) with 1tbsp greek yogurt, lemon juice and black pepper. eat with vegetable crudités. ✱ smoked mackerel pâté. Blend mackerel fillet with 100g cream cheese, 30g crème fraîche, lemon juice, dill and black pepper. serve on rye bread. ✱ chilli almonds. in a pan, warm 30g almonds with olive oil and chilli flakes. ✱ sliced tomato and mozzarella. ✱ spicy chickpeas. Bake 200g chickpeas with olive oil, cumin, chilli and pepper. Don’t snack during your fasting period. otherwise your body won’t be able to burn fat efficientl­y. Incease movement throughout the day. get off the bus one stop earlier and walk the rest of the way, or take the stairs instead of the lift.
