know the symptoms of breast cancer

-

Finding breast cancer early makes it more treatable, so it’s important to be breast aware and to know what’s normal for you. Possible signs of breast cancer include...

✱ A lump or thickening in your breast or armpit.

✱ Changes to the skin of your breast, such as puckering or dimpling.

✱ Changes in the shape, size or feel of your breast.

✱ Nipple changes, including a change in the position of a nipple, or a rash on or around your nipple.

✱ Nipple discharge.

✱ Pain in your breast.

If you have any of these symptoms, it’s important to see your doctor straightaway. If it is breast cancer, the sooner it’s detected, the more treatable it is. If any of your friends or loved ones are aged over 70, remind them how important it is to stay breast aware as they get older, too.
