HIS PENIS SIZE DOESN’T BOTHER ME!

-

QMy husband’s always been worried about the size of his penis. But recently he’s become obsessed. He keeps looking at himself in the mirror, checking his erection when he has one, asking if he’s big enough for me. I reassure him his manhood’s a good size, but it doesn’t help. He’s just turned 50 – so is this a midlife crisis?

Susan says

AYes, this probably is a midlife crisis! An anxiety your spouse has always felt has become much more important as he enters a later decade. And while at this stage in life many men worry about their work or their health, your man is worrying about his sex life. So yes, reassure him about his penis. But also reassure him about his deeper anxiety – whether you will still desire him, and will still stay with him, as he gets older.
