I have four cats in the house, so how can I make sure they are all eating properly?

To be fair, cats are normally quite good at figuring this out for themselves! However, there can be a greedy Garfield who eats more or a shy Sylvester who avoids conflict and only eats when the others are away.
Ideally, cats should be allowed to graze, eating a little every now and then as they please. This is not always practical in a multi-cat household, however, especially if any are overweight or on prescription diets. To ensure our kitties are eating what they should, we may choose to feed meals in separate rooms or to use microchip cat-food dispensers. These dispensers are a great innovation, as they allow us to ensure the right cat gets the right food, and means we can monitor what each individual is consuming.
