Sometimes it’s necessary to go back before we can go forward. Josie’s life is great – a lovely house in leafy Hampstead, a nice husband and wonderful daughter at uni – but all is not well. Josie feels unsatisfied and wonders why her past is calling out to her. Could it be time she faced up to the fact that not all is as rosy as it seems and maybe she needs to go back to where it all started? Relatable, observant and funny, the popular presenter’s voice is distinct, which makes it all the more enjoyable. Great music references, too!
