Use banana skins to bring down in­flam­ma­tion. They are an­ti­in­flam­ma­tory, full of nu­tri­ents and an­tiox­i­dants, as well as zinc, iron and potas­sium, and may help re­duce acne, scar­ring and skin ir­ri­ta­tions. Just rub the in­side of a skin on to the in­flamed area, or cut a small piece and ap­ply it to the area overnight.
