British Pork Sausages, 400g, Tesco
Preheat oven to 200°C/gas 6. Heat 1tbsp oil in a pan, add 1 chopped
onion, 1 chopped red chilli, and handful chopped sage and thyme and cook for 5 mins over a medium heat. Stir in 3 crushed garlic cloves, then add 6 sausages, squeezed out of their skins. Break the sausages into pieces and fry for 10 mins. Cook 200g gnocchi as per pack instructions. Drain, then stir through the sausage mixture with 200g
cream cheese, 200ml hot veg stock, zest of 1 lemon and 50g Parmesan. Transfer to an ovenproof dish and top with 50g Parmesan. Bake for 15 mins.
