‘I won £8,596 fromfree tickets!’

Ihave always loved playing bingo, and though I used to enjoy popping to our local hall, about 10 years ago I switched to playing online. It’s great because you can play at whatever time you like and you can do it from the comfort of your own home, with a cuppa and your feet up, if you fancy!
I usually log on a couple of times a week, it’s my way to chill out and have a laugh. Playing Woman’s Own Bingo there are always plenty of other members online, talking in the chat rooms while they play, so it makes for a fun evening.
In May this year, I was up and ready to go out, but I was running early and had a bit of time to myself. I logged into my bingo account on my phone and played the daily free game. After you’ve made your first deposit you can join in the free daily play games. You pick one of three games, and it’s free for the next week!
That week I had chosen Tiki’s Catch of the Day game. It’s a fun fishing game and I had already caught six fish and that meant I had won £5, which went into my account. I still had a bit of time before I had to go out, so I bought myself 10 tickets in the Lounge, my favourite 75-ball bingo game. I only spent £1 on tickets from the money I had won. Playing on my mobile, a Progressive Jackpot was racking up in the corner of the screen. Then I realised I had two numbers to go. I was waiting on 29 and 31.
As I watched the game to see if my numbers would come up I was almost frozen in time, when 31 was called and seconds later, 29. All my numbers were called within a set number of ball calls. I had covered that game’s jackpot pattern first and had won the Progressive Jackpot, which was £8,596! I gasped loudly in shock.
I couldn’t wait to tell the family and my friends. The day passed in a bit of a blur, but I knew it was real, as my account balance had shot up in front of my very eyes.
Once I had the money in my bank, I knew just what I wanted to do with it. I'd dreamed of treating the family and taking them on holiday. So I booked a five-star, all-inclusive holiday for two weeks to Turkey! I’ve been before and loved it, so I can’t wait to go back in October this year. And what’s great is the holiday is now all booked and paid for, so I know we can go away and relax in the sun.
I still had plenty of money left over, so I started putting it towards the house. I’d been waiting to spruce things up for a while and loved being able to buy a new 50in TV, have my doors redone upstairs and get new furniture. I also managed to treat the family to nice evenings out, going to restaurants and enjoying spending quality time together, just like we will on holiday.

To have won nearly £15,000 with my favourite site is amazing and I have enjoyed every minute!
