What to do

Choose one breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, and have two snacks. Try to be active, too – use a pedometer or app on your phone to check you’re getting at least 10,000 steps a day.

How it works

Our diet is reducedcal­orie and has a low GI (glycaemic index). This means it keeps blood sugar and insulin levels low, which helps target unhealthy abdominal fat more effectivel­y.
