My ‘go-to’ remedy
A well-stocked snack drawer for energy boosts through the day. Almonds, dried fruit, popcorn and dark chocolate are always in mine.
My favourite meal
A Tofu Thai curry; I’m a big fan of big flavours, so I like Thai, Indian and Mexican food. Being a foodie makes it hard to pick one favourite, though, so I’d also choose teriyaki salmon coated in sesame seeds with steamed veggies.
How i keep fit and healthy
Lots of fruit and veg, minimal booze, avoiding smoky environments and getting enough sleep – the latter being hard with a teething infant.
My perfect day
A Sunday with no plan. I’d start with scrambled eggs and smoked salmon on toast, followed by a family walk in the woods, or a bike ride along the North Downs. Then a home-cooked roast, and a hot bubble bath to relax and re-charge for the week ahead. Bliss!
