First-class first aid

When I was a schoolgirl I did a St John Ambulance course along with my friends. Then, years later, when I trained to be a nurse it held me in good stead for what was to come. My husband, Barry, has been on a first aid course as he’s a rugby coach, and my two sons have had first aid training too as they are rugby players.
