3 Lo­cal au­thor­ity and so­cial ser­vices – of­fer ser­vices/ adap­ta­tions in your own home/ com­mu­nity to help you cope and main­tain in­de­pen­dence.

4 Ben­e­fits such as Em­ploy­ment and Sup­port Al­lowance, Per­sonal In­de­pen­dence Pay­ments and At­ten­dance Al­lowance – gov. uk/browse/ben­e­fits/dis­abil­ity or ask your lo­cal coun­cil.
