Tell us about your look… I got this shift dress online from Studio One and the roll-neck and leggings are both from M&S. My trainers are New Balance women’s running shoes. I’ve bought several of these lightweight tunics because they are so versatile. For me they are great over jeans or leggings, or I can just wear as a dress with opaque tights. This dress pattern reminds me of India.

The best bit of your body?

I’m still quite trim. Claire Aston, 73

Tell us about your look… I bought this lovely fabric in Liberty and decided to make

my shirt. My roll-neck is by John Smedley from The Mill Shop in Derbyshire. I love good

quality knitwear. My tweed trousers are from Joules and my trainers are Adidas. My bag was a fun present from a friend. I can’t remember where my hat is from – I always love colour

and pink is my favourite!

And the best bit of your body?

I’m happy everything is working! Nicola De Burlet, 47

Tell us about your look… I’m a working mum so anything

I buy has to be both chic and functional. I love skinny jeans as they’re so easy to dress up or down. These are by Zara and my shirt is by a German brand called Set. My boots are from Seven Boot Lane – a great online site – and my bag is Anya Hindmarch. I love the colour.

And the best bit of your body?

My legs - but I never seem to get them out!
