Food lovers

The twenty-eight Atlantic restaurant at Wequassett Resort in Harwich, Cape Cod, features oysters from nearby Chatham. The kitchen here, run by executive chef James Hackney (originally from the East Midlands), is keen to use local seafood with a clear provenance.
