WAHOO FITNESS 7 MINUTE WORKOUT

Each of Wahoo Fitness’ workouts features 12 bodyweight exercises done at high intensity. While there are video tutorials for the moves, the app works best if you school yourself beforehand to get a smoothsail­ing session.
