THE LOWDOWN// As well as assessing your body from head to toe (literally) to determine the source of a problem, the chiropractor also performs all-over adjustments. The treatment made an instant impact, but understanding it gave me tools to focus on prevention rather than the cure. The deep tissue massage that followed was certainly curative, however.
