On the right track

I’m fairly new to running, but I’m enjoying it immensely. I noted your article Nutrition for running newbies [May] and found it very helpful to get the most out of my training. I can see now that fuelling up with the right food at the right time can help increase my speed, stamina and recovery time, while eating the wrong food means I can tire easily. A good diet will help me get the best fitness and running results. I aim to eat a more healthy, balanced diet in the future providing me with the nutrients I need. Sionedrobe­rts, Flintshire, Wales
