Your feature Healthy gut, happy life [April issue] was all-important. I try my best to eat healthy, take recommende­d supplement­s each day and exercise regularly. But despite my efforts, I can’t shake a low-energy, lacklustre feeling that follows me around. Sometimes my muscles feel tight and I get achey joints. I feel a healthier gut would be the key to living a healthier and happier life. I am taking on board all your good advice and trying the G Plan Diet, which aims to rest, repair and nourish my gut in a safe and easy way. Thank you for all the invaluable info.
