I was very interested in The10-ingredient diet The 10-ingredient diet [April issue]. Two weeks’ worth of meals from just two handful of kitchen essentials? Impossible? Nope! I expected the meals to be boring and tasteless, I was wrong! It’s a wonderful and doable diet. I shopped for the ingredient­s and started immediatel­y. Day one went brilliantl­y and day two was even better. I never thought I could enjoy a diet, but I’ve lost three pounds already! Roll on day three. Deenacouls­on, Huntingdon
