Tech­nique

Bring a medicine ball as high over­head as you can, ex­tend­ing your whole body to gen­er­ate mo­men­tum. Slam the ball down in front of you as hard as pos­si­ble, us­ing your whole body. Re­trieve the ball and re­peat.

SAFETY TIP

Don’t over­arch the lower back as you bring the ball over­head
