Tech­nique

Hold­ing a barbell over­head with hands wide (you can take this from a rac rack or snatch it over­head), low lower your bot­tom ou out be­hind you un un­til the tops of yo your thighs are par­al­lel to the floor, keep­ing the barbell as high as possi pos­si­ble through­out. Push back up to the start and re­peat.
