OVERHEAD SQUAT

Areas trained: GLUTES, QUADS, BACK SHOULDERS

Technique

Holding a barbell overhead with hands wide (you can take this from a rac rack or snatch it overhead), low lower your bottom ou out behind you un until the tops of yo your thighs are parallel to the floor, keeping the barbell as high as possi possible throughout. Push back up to the start and repeat.
